Push Back Racking

Pushback racking is ideal for storing pallets in areas where space is limited, and products can be stored without requiring immediate accessibility. The pallets are stored on carts and can accommodate up to six positions deep. This system is designed for a First In Last Out (FILO) application. Additional pallets can be added to a lane at any time by simply pushing the first pallet back and placing the new pallet onto a freshly exposed cart. The last pallet in the lane is positioned on the rails and acts as a brake. When this pallet is removed, gravity flow allows the remaining pallets in the lane to index forward. As the pallets are removed, the empty carts nest on top of each other allowing the full pallet to always be positioned in the pick face location. This process continues until all pallets have been removed from the lane.
The Pushback racking provides a high-density storage solution perfect for anyone that is looking to maximize their floor space.
